I was on a long travel visiting multiple parks in India and I was at Gujarat to see Black Bucks. The outlook of this national park is like a savannah and in summer the park would turn into a globe of fire. Watching these black beauties with the summer back drop is a real treat.
The moment is so special since it is so common to see hundreds of black bucks there but not a lone one. While I was driving through the park, we just parked our jeep under a shade to take some rest. This patch of the jungle did not have any bucks around, I just relaxed and took a sip of coffee. I saw a pair of horns and I quickly realized that a lone buck is there. I quickly set my camera and framed the moment.
After a moment, he stood up and looked straight at me. While his spiral black horns were piercing the fiery jungle, his sharp eyes pierced my heart at the same time. I felt like he is ready to face any challenges the world would throw at him and the buck says, ‘THE BUCK STOPS WITH ME’.
