Tigers love water and they are very good swimmers.
Best time to see tigers at wild is peak summer since tigers have to come frequently to the water holes for water and most times they stay there to be in water.
Tigers are highly territorial and solitary.

Tiger’s territory is so huge and male tiger will have territory size of 60-100 Square Kilometres.

Tiger would scent mark the territory by spraying urine and we can also see them doing this after rains to ensure they leave a mark on their territory. Tigers also scratch with claws on trees to mark their territory.
Tiger would do an act while investigating a smell or odour; it curls back its top lip and show the teeth/gums. Tiger would hold at that position to take in the smell and sense it well. It is called the Tiger Flehmen Response.
